There are two categories under which you can enter submissions. Use the
Information Request category if you are simply requesting information about
services or properties under City management. After your request is submitted,
you will be given a "Request Number" that will enable you to view the status of
your request as it is routed to the appropriate people in City Hall.

If you have already submitted a request... 
you can look up the status of existing information requests or trouble reports
previously submitted by entering the request number in the form below. You’re
request number should have been emailed to you upon completion of the request.
